Around the perimeter where the weird gutter system was. is destroyed, but removing the rotten wood and replacing with new wood doensn't seem to be a big deal.I wasn't swimming when I walked through, lol, so no flood type damage.

As his personal property, his ownership interest in the partnership will pass to his heirs, which may change (from "his daughter" to new wife, kids, siblings, or whoever)Now, the ex-wife could find herself in the position of being partners with the new-wife guardian of the daughter who is still a minor, which might be awkward or even destroy the property.

High hopes of a freeway series between my Halos and the Dodgers was just destroyed by the Phillies tonight who beat the dodgers 4 games to 1 in 5 and advance to the World Championship Series.The Phillies, who won it last year, await the winner between the Angels and the Yankees (also know as a bad word in my book).God I hate the Yankees!
