WLI as a strategy seems more aligned to high net worth individuals who already have $ to burn, already overfunded their Backdoor Roth IRAs, HSAs, and R/E investments versus the average investor that’s still working to reach $18k/year on matching 401k dollers.

Of course it will depend on if you are offering warehouse style storage or individual units but the property you own doesn't care if a boat or a RV is in the unit as opposed to household items.

But I get it if you can invest 500.00 U certainly cant buy whole notes or secured positions with such a small amount. becomes a personal decisions make 7.5% with risk of losing it all or buy T bills for about 5% with zero risk.. its up to the individual investors.

I am not looking to be spoon fed information, rather an individual who can offer knowledge from past experiences.
