I do know some people who are specifically working on a BP competitor due to these poorly thought through redesigns. 

Not positive what markets they're in, but worth looking at them and/or competitors to see if there's an all-encompassing solution for you.

I own the first page of Google.When competitors put out bandit signs... people google the signs to find out what company is behind them... they find me online:When those stinky competitors of mine spend a fortune on Direct mailers, do you seriously think people will just blindly call the number on the card?

This is very market specific and you have to examine your competitor's strengths.

I trust that our property is a strong contender in terms of location, quality, parking etc but there are a few competitors so you never know....I would like to ask for any insight/lessons learned you had during your application process with the USACE.

The loan limits create a ceiling in many neighborhoods where the jumbo loan people would not live.There is also the factor that with all the money in the DC market, they compared to competitors like San Francisco, Boston, NYC...that DC has never traded at the valuations of those cities despite the DC area being center to 10 of the top 20 richest counties in America by median income.
