I've started my own LLC in South Bend Indiana and I'm planning on moving the property to my LLC as an asset so that I can leverage it for my real estate business.I'm very excited for this opportunity, but I want to make sure I understand the potential downstream effects of the quit claim deed.

When I was at the bank, we would bend over backwards to do SBA 7(a) deals for dentists and we would throw in equipment finaning and working capital.

Large banks and lending institutions have algorithms they must follow and rarely bend away from making investing in general though with them.

I've tried getting a meetup for Redding going, as I've done them in so cal, and in Bend, OR, but Redding just never took off, and I think it's more the market is just to expensive and too few opportunities to find fixers, etc. than anything.
