No one starts investing in real estate knowing everything, so don’t be ashamed to admit when you’re learning.As an investor, when you’re looking a property make sure you consider the community the property is in.

It's a shame.. she is local, and her family is well known to be successful in real estate.  

pretty much all turnkeys are scams to be blunt I am tired of listing the reasons why....it's a shame so many people are suckered into the illusion of making millions with turnkey... there is no profit potential.  

If you let them stay longer, you run the risk of burning out of rental properties, which would be a shame.

To me, from my perspective, the mastery program is a sham.

You can see now that if a seller agreed to "carry back" a sham loan so that the buyer could get a higher cash loan, that this would be fraud.

We had a discussion about filing false liens here as some thought it would be a good way for asset protection, as a sham transaction, but the B/M would not be a sham if you actually made a loan.

I'm not ashamed to say that I haven't done any deals but I'm trying to get there.

Not proud of them, but not ashamed of them either, they are a learning experience of what NOT to do again... at least I took the chance on my dream right?
