Forward projections essentially...Pretty much figuring out what your ideal multifamily property costs and when you'd be prepared to purchase it based upon your investment strategy.

The goal would be to help him keep as much of that million as possible instead of giving it to Uncle Sam.Second step would be to figure out what he needs that money to do for him.

As a six figure earner, I am seeking advice and insights from experienced real estate investors on strategies and best practices that were valuable when starting out!

First step is to figure out how to buy the land (if it is even for sale); I have the name of the owner from the tax rolls, so I think I will start there.
