Just trying to figure out what's the next best move.

It's a bit more expensive though, I figured, they all get the information from the same provider.

Keep in mind it's still new so the industry is trying to figure it out. 2.

I can figure out ARV without an appraisal easily.   

That seems a bit high to me, but I figured I should check before I get too upset about it.
