While I’m aware this isn’t quite “untapped” territory it could rise like a rocket ship over the next 10 years looking at the trends that Austin/San Antonio could turn into a major Metroplex to the likes of Dallas/Ft Worth.

And if you are writing the offer yourself it doesnt take a rocket scientist to determine that the buyers agent and buyers name are one and the same.Btw why would a sellers agent react badly to a offer on their listing?

however, I could be wrong but I highly doubt that your first experience or education in real estate started with that class and it just sky rocketed from there.

Mortgage standards tightened for a bit, but every time I hear a "Rocket Mortgage" ad it reminds me of 2006.
