there freedom number is the 5k fee they make on each deal.. end of story.. but unlike the companies that are transparent and do a decent job like.MaverickHartmanNorada Hipsterreal wealth network.and now roofstockthose folks at least you know up front they are brokers and they have time in the business and they vette their ground partners and try their best to give good value for their clients.. even then we all can't be perfect at the end of the day a tenant can go bonkers and it reflects poorly on everyone.but this is just out and out incredible.. it really is..

Your first tenant was leaving according to you with notice before the other tenant moved in so they were going anyways for other reasons.To me once a month isn't excessive and as the other tenant I would just simply go do something else that day as a good will gesture.
