I saw a mention of a lot of new rental households being formed.

high crime area neighborhood, but holds good income to low income  households and going through revitalization through 2020.   

I recently bought some condos and now become the biggest holder of that condominium.

House is about 600 sq ft.Numbers:Buy at 12kRent is 465/mo  (about 2 yrs to be paid off)Ins about 300ishtaxes are 686/yr1bedroom house with bath - is it usually for single people, or small households?  

I have always thought that condos are a part of a building that you own and have a deed to while an apartment refers to an entire building where the owner(s) own the whole building.  But every once in a while, I hear ...

Also a condominium with wood burning fireplaces seems risky to me, because I have never seen one. 

Our household income is about 80k.

To be honest I don't know much about condos but I'm sure someone here in Las Vegas that is good with condominiums could chime in and help out.
