Where do I start?
I recently got connected to the bigger pockets podcasts. I have always had an interest in real estate. I work in the commercial architecture industry and my wife is the GM of a restaurant. Our household income is about 80k. We recently bought a townhouse outside of Minneapolis. We bought because renting in this area is far more expensive than owning and since we could afford a down payment on a home we decided to buy. I am interested in the buying a holding niche and I would like to buy properties and rent them out. My wife and I do not have any debt besides our mortgage and we are looking to upsize once our child is born.
I have started reading the ultimate beginners guide and I am wondering what I need to do next?
