We went through some marriage counseling before the wedding day and one of the things our counselor told us was that marriages broke up more often because of money arguments than any other cause.That planted the seed, and since the time we had our first child, a son, in 2012, I have strived not only to repay my debts, but to build the kind of wealth people scoff at.

To keep with the hair theme on this thread (love your hair btw), we do “hair and houses”.  

Hood is on the left and Mt Adams on the right and things lush green.. that if they could find a Job in Portland they would move from Dallas in a heartbeat.. its  no kidding a common theme on a clear day Northwest is pretty spectacular.. 

Their existed stores seemed nice and well decorated with the theme.

This seems to be a fairly common theme - I have a good friend, I will call him a partner even, right here from BP that is experiencing the same conundrum. 

We would like to make extra temporary revenue by either using the land for wedding receptions or boat/rv storage.

It seems the overall theme I'm hearing is, start now!

Bridgeport is certainly a recurring theme in this thread and I will therefore put it in my radar for future investments.

My team looks at a lot of multi-family buildings and we see a common theme that helps us buy cheap always...........a lot of property management companies in this area are just plain horrible and ensure that owners never make a dollar.
