Been watching BP webinars for over a year and working in the RE field.

If XYZ Whale Watching Site is nearby, mention it a few times at least.Complementing that, you can also set up a Facebook fan page about the local area (Cape Coral Vacations!)

One thing I will say is to start before you think you are ready, learning from experience will always be more valuable than any BP post or youtube video that you watch.

Since I am new to this and this is my first time doing this, wanted to know if there is any clauses I should make sure is included in the agreement or any clause to watch out for.

I originally thought it would be an issue and provided streaming Charter but when I would ask after stays I was always told either no one bothered watching TV at all (too busy at the parks, etc) or they all had their own streaming services already and didn't need any.

Here are a few pros and cons:PROS-Can charge more via a Tech Package, this can include TV as well.
