It's simply to make flipping affordable to both sides, but in the end, the idea is that the original owner does the selling.I'll try to create a visual of some sort to clear this up.

I think its time to get a better inspector as a visual of the furnance should have given some kind of indication (depending where it is located).

Hi David, I'm going to stink of total newbie-ness here.

The black appliances hide stains easier so they usually provide more longevity from a visual/cosmetic standpoint.

And I'm a real visual learner so the image was fantastic!

They can provide visual interest year-round. 

You are allowed to drive by the desired home,but that's the most of what you can visually see.

It's going to look MUCH better, plus will help people visualize themselves using the backyard for kids, dogs, barbecuing, entertaining, etc, all the usual backyard activities.Since there is plenty of on-street parking available, there's no real need to sacrifice the backyard... but if someone wants that, they can still easily do it.

For that you've got to give up a bit of the control on totally changing design (unless those specific design choices are based on specific knowledge that will increase the performance of the site vs. just making changes to make it visually different).
