Hi Everyone!

  I'm Vinay, a relatively amateur real estate investor. I have bought, rented, and sold a couple residential properties in and around San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and currently own a few residential properties in AZ. I've been reading up on Crowdfunded Real Estate Websites, primarily for the lower barrier to entry into commercial real estate.

I've been reading the posts here, and they've been very helpful! I joined to be able to ask question, and share my experiences as I delve into the CRE deals and gain some experience with them.

It's late in the cycle so tread carefully as you look at the many crowdfunding deals. All Crowdfunding portals are not created equally as far as fees charged to investors.  Platform performed due diligence and investor communication varies widely as well.  Fall in love with the sponsor first instead of the deal.  Good luck!
