@Aisha MasoodYou mentioned these attic rooms are being advertised as bedrooms and you mentioned it’s a wholesaler who is selling this property.....Wholesalers are unlicensed and they can incorrectly state facts about a property without being held accountable to any RE licensing board.What do the tax records say about the number of bedrooms there are at the property?

Note also that in many states, showing properties to prospective tenants (for someone else, for compensation) is an activity that requires a real estate license, so be cognizant of that and the scope of responsibilities that you allow an unlicensed individual to perform.
