I am just north of Boston and I'd rather have separate utilities if possible but unfortunately can't split water at either of my duplexes.

I was in  a jurisdiction that did not allow tenant evictions unless under certain circumstances and I had predator tenants that knew how to work the system and stay there for years without paying rent and I had a hard time evicting them.

It is unfortunate because we replaced the central air in 2018.

Unfortunately, it is now the norm and not the exception.

Unfortunately, BPD has a lot more to worry about and they don't seem to be anxious to do anything.

Which of these things do you think would be the easiest way to reject and cause the least amount of headaches for us, given the circumstances?

Unfortunately it puts real Service Animals used legitimately under scrutiny as well.

I think it’s a great career to get into, unfortunately that BS barrier to entry keeps most folks out.
