I was born and raised in Chicago and definitely miss the deep dish!

, forget to put out basic supplies, lose the key, forget to greet the guest or hire the housekeeper, neglect to collect payment, lose the lease, forget to remind guests to take out garbage or separate recycles, don't replace broken furniture, dishes, worn linens or even bulbs, neglect to notice and charge for damage, and none came close to getting the number of bookings I get on my own. 

Remove all of the unused TV dishes on the roof.

That way, it is less likely for someone's food to get stolen, AND when a roommate moves out, we can just sweep their whole shelf into the trash.Also, we provide all shared supplies (toilet paper for shared bathrooms, dish soap, trash bags, etc).

It's hard to tell from the pics but the tub and the soap dishes seem to be some shade of green.

If one person cooks dinner, does the other person do the dishes?

Vacationers are starting to go back to hotels as Airbnb fees have increased and they don't want to deal with cleaning dishes on top of paying cleaning fees.We stayed in a nice vacation rental on the Oregon Coast and there was evidence that kids or homeless were hanging about when it was vacant.  

@Sarah Lorenz my guess is they probably have a lot of the cookware/dishes stolen!

I think an izakaya may work well since they offer a variety of small dishes and most people will be able to find something of their liking.

I rented an apartment without a dishwasher and hated every minute I had to wash dishes.
