I would love to be a partner of a team that works together, achieves their goals and create exponential revenue with strategic approaches to any certain situation whether it's the purchase of a multifamily or the managing of subcontractors in a real estate project.

Each property you buy will depend on the income and equity of the last, so you need to be very careful and informed about your house of cards and have someone who can recommend the most strategic next move without putting you in peril while maximizing your growth.  

There are minimal health & safety concerns at this point (which I can deal with quickly) but I'm trying to strategize the best approach to rehabbing this property.Thanks!

One thing I think I see missing is the 3.4% tax added to fund the Affordable care act that is separate from fed capital gains and whatever state cap gains tax which isn't an issue in Fl but could be as high as 10%.On the other side of things - if you're talking about flipping activity you're talking ordinary income tax but also self employement tax as well - another 15%.So 50% might be an extreme worst case scenario but apart from other tax saving strategies the sting can still feel that bad.Takeaway - strategize and pay only what you have to legally.

The distortions of truth, hyperbole  and outright lies about his sales, days on market and profits in his other strategic coach training programs are enough to make me seriously doubt his rehab funding program is any different.

Over time, they become very strategic partners to the flipper.  

But my daughters' roommate uses the upper floor for her home office setup so it was unbearable.The a/c guys installed the missing connection(s) plus another strategically placed cold air return vent, with minimal damage to the walls & now the upper floor is very comfortable.
