The goals I hope to attain from becoming a real estate invertor is control over my financial future, fuel the love I have for properties, freedom from a life stuck in a 9-5 working for someone else and ultimately create a substantial amount of passive income to allow me the freedom gain irreplaceable family time as my wife and I decide to grow our family as well as travel more than a normal 9-5 would allow.I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge I can from this site and connecting with you all.

It is true that as of yet; I am still very wet behind the ears & as green as they come in some ways of real estate in terms of personal experience.It is also a true statement that I am currently working with extremely limited seed capital.

I'm still doing the groundwork research, and reading up on how-to's, so we'll see just how much I can soak up.

Since you're just starting out, unless you have a lot of seed money, I think the most efficient way to make money would be to focus on marketing activities.

Obviously not even close to knowing what I'm doing so I'm looking forward to soaking up as much as I can from this community and can hopefully one day return the favor.Thanks everyone and look forward to meeting new people! 

If you blame yourself too hard, it could turn into self loathing and that may prevent you from being willing to take risk in your next opportunity.Your tolerance for risk ought to be enhanced, not reduced.Any kind of a problem that can be fixed with a check is not really a problem.In every problem lies the seed for an equal or greater opportunity.

I'm just looking for creative ways to conserve seed capital while trying to avoid pitfalls in the process.I'll just come out and state the obvious...
