Buy and hold a medium/short term rental.

I would vote bookshelf, since in long term rentals, typically, you want the least amount of things you will need to fix, as possible.If short term rental, than Murphey bed would be my vote, typically.

I don’t worry about the electric because I use that for short term rentals.

While the rates can be a bit higher, the ability to work with a lender who understands your specific needs and timelines can make all the difference.For larger projects, private lending can be a game-changer.

We bought it as a short sale.
