Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Crowley.

Buy and hold a medium/short term rental. Wife and I bought a 3 bedroom single family home in Merced CA. Currently.

Started doing long term for the first year, miserable experience. Think we found our niche, looking for more in this area or new haven CT.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

In our price point and made sense on paper
