The current landlord may have to make a deal with the tenant to vacate after the sale (or the court may give the tenant extra time).

Does anyone know a property manager in Philadelphia who will manage a vacation rental? 

I have a condo in Mesa right across the street from the new Cubs Spring Training facility that I'm thinking about turning into a vacation rental. 

They have not paid so tomorrow Ian placing notice to pay or quit and by Texas law tenants have 3 days to either pay or vacate premises which gives them until midnight of the 6th.

This was our second home, initially we had bought with the intention of using this ourselves when we are in town and other times use it as vacation rental.

I've lived in Las Vegas for 3 years and I've worked some part time jobs, now working full time for a vacation home rental company (Since April). 

He currently has it listed for $160 but that's crazy given the kitchen and bath need makeup.DETAILS:Mortgage Principal balance is $108 (they mentioned payoff amount is maybe $120)they are about $10K behind on the mortage (1 year in default).They went to court last Friday and the judge ordered the $10K to be paid up or they will have to vacate the house in 90 days - they don't have the capital for the $10K they owe - and they don't have capital to move.They've been in that house since it was built.

Eventually, I would like to have the cushion in order to purchase one or two vacation/family homes and turn one into a bed and breakfast!

(My husband likes the growth of that fund, though.)I'm not in the San Diego market currently, but I visit frequently and would love to get a vacation rental there.

We go to the houses together and I unlock the door and give them a tour.Cleaning: my wife quit her day job to clean houses whenever they are empty.Laundry: I do all the sheets, blankets, towels, and anything else in the washer/dryer of the house that was vacated.
