There have been several in here that were caught out using fake accounts to promote their services.

My thoughts:1) try driving for dollars in your target neighborhoods, find run down properties and send a piece of mail to the seller asking if they will consider an offer.2) Mail, call and text.

If you hire a REALTOR®, the responsibility is theirs including the marketing and promotion finances.

A three-piece suit?

Having that management piece set up usually helps with the partners.

As tenants in common, @David Denney, and his father, and the other partner each own a piece of real estate that happens to be 1/3rd of a larger piece of real estate. 

The group I'm working with has discussed this, but we haven't come up with a full idea of how we'll be managing this piece. 

The bookkeeping aspect can be the most challenging, frustrating, and crucial pieces to any business.
