The Mortgage lien of course is inferior to a tax lien but why wouldn't the mtg lien stay attached to the house when foreclosed on and then when the lien holder sells ban gets whats owed to them..thx,Chris

At Staples, they are cheap to buy, maybe a buck or two, and they have a clip to attach to either a collar or shirt pocket, with transparent plastic surrounding the name inserted on paper; Staples also sells ones that have an elastic lanyard to be worn around the neck.
