Is there a neighborhood you recommend in that price range 200k for a long term rental ?

Still searching for the perfect sewer line, most have at least some imperfections even new construction.

If you haven't already, look into insurance relocations. 3/2s and above are the sweet spot if the property itself is really nice and in a good neighborhood.

It spans a few different neighborhoods that are all different so it just depends on the price range and where you are looking for.
