That figure is simply your income minus your expenses (though depreciation is also an expense which I think is kind of stupid but such is most of our tax code) I would like to know why you think "depreciation is stupid".End of the day, over the long haul depreciation is pretty closely going to mirror the cost of building and maintaining a structure. 

It sounded kinda like another smoke and mirrors show with a so called guru.

They've recently changed their web site to a cluttered, slow, non-investor friendly site, which basically mirrors the crummy Metrolists website.  

I'd get in my truck, check my mirrors, see where all my obstacles were and back it in in one shot.

I know Rich likes his "mirrored strategies" technique, but that carries a real cost.

The ones that go on the hinge are very handy (we have one where the door knob meets a mirrored closet door, not a wall).

From the first conversation we have I want them to know that we are not the kind of biz that negotiated price based off of whims and dumb mirroring tactics (btw knock that off) .

Great concept, really should be mirrored more often, and works in nearly any market, even internationally.
