Assuming everyone does seems arrogant to me at best.It seems to me rent should be paid before anything else except food. 

Doesnt suprise me at all they are raising rates.

For a house in that price range will put me at at the 9,000-12,000 dollar range for a down payment.

This is another tough one for me at least.

Also, we have many local Real Estate Investor groups that meat regularly (well, when there's no pandemic).
