Definitely you cannot do this in a taxable account purchasing individual stocks.Certainly Roth accounts have no gains tax regardless if used to purchase stocks or RE.

@Neal Collins You're right that the new Podio (Citrix) business model doesn't help individual investors but if you've used GlobiFlow previously you should be able to continue using GlobiFlow using their old pricing scheme.
