I identified a few areas that I think are worth farming.

Now on the buyer side, targeted marketing allows you to identify those that have expressed an intent to purchase and to focus your campaign.

In addition, I am sure the fact that you are so detailed with your process made it easy for the insurance carrier to find coverage & identify subrogation against the water company.  

I identified Real Estate as a great investment vehicle to establish and grow intergenerational wealth.I have gone to seminars in NYC, read a few books, and listened to multiple podcast about real estate investing as well.  

The initial conversation should be to identify your purchasing power and make sure you can qualify for the loan.

I have already identified the perfect property and don't want to lose it...
