I do see that masonry cleaning/chemical wash (the prep work) - "may require an air pollution control permit from the Environmental Permitting and Inspections Section of the CDPH"And then digging further I see there's also a separate Architectural Surface Cleaning Permit could be required.Anyone have experience with this?

We've trained our housekeeper to maintain, clean, balances & test chemicals, but there are services that do it weekly/monthly.In my personal experience, I've only rented homes on my ski trips that offered hot tubs...and Paul Sandhu can teach you how to build one!

I know that may sound harsh, but people aren't always truthful.

Unsuitable land areas are usually pretty obvious: swamps, bogs, or parcels that are near nuclear power plants or chemical retention ponds.

My tenants are told to call me before doing anything if they see the bugs.I would buy bedbug mattress covers for everyone in the building and handle the chemical treatment or heat treatment costs since it’s a multi.

The reason why it's uncomfortable is because you can't take the harsh words or the awkwardness.

It harshly punishes the failure to communicate about a problem rather than having a problem making timely payment in full. 5)  Apologize when you are wrong in a dealing with a tenant and have a heart.

Tenting the house is worthless...the termites can move back in as soon as they chemical treatment is done....
