I know BP trys to Vet lenders as much as possible .. so weed out fake lenders who just steal DD money.. other than that I dont personally know.. but I suspect BP relys on feed back from members

@Ramiro De LeonYou have already gotten some great feedback from @Stuart Grazier, but I will try some insight.

So when you have the banks not lending and supply skyrocketing, the natural result is home prices go down until the supply eventually went away when people with cash started to gather up the supply.Today the market is different.  

Here is a thread I started before that has feedback from other women on their thoughts on meetups, how to make them more comfortable for women, likes/dislikes, etc.
