I currently have 3 tenants that are all female and I live in the 4th room (house hacking). 

If you're thinking of living here I imagine operating this will be a challenge.

I don’t know your living situation or if there are any nice 2-4 unit buildings in the area you’re moving to.

Both groups are showing up with a clear purpose, need a good night's rest and want a safe place to live close to where they work/study. 

But, we now live across the country and managing from this far just doesn't make sense for us anymore so we are ready to sell.
