Relatively new investor in the McAllen area searching for an agent to assist with finding/purchasing small MFH properties.

Sweat and learn now...enjoy the fruits of your labor later..realestate is a long term investment.

If anyone has any recommendations for agents/investors in those areas I’m all ears.

a - If it doesn't, I don't close and get my EMD back (since it was done during the 7 day inspection period)     b - If it does, I close.If I wait to make my offers after inspections, I will lose a lot of properties because of the time it takes to schedule, drive to, wait for agents, do inspection, etc...for each property...then make the offer. 

Im looking for agents, landlords, investors and property managements to give me some advice in the texas grow.

Also for larger deals, to qualify for agency debt, there might be requirements about the % of MH.

But free-falling prices and low hanging fruit deals sold at pennies on the dollar does not appear to be the reality we are in currently.  

I am looking for agents , contractors, property managements in the state of Indiana i want to start my real estate business there.

I’ve see many asking family members to come on board I just want to make sure I word everything right forage can understand.

My goal is to build a legacy for my children and to also "retire" early...well not that early, I'm already 51...lol, but early enough where I can actually enjoy the fruits of my labor.I'm looking for accountability to help keep me focused so I've joined the 90 day challenge.
