Yes, they are recourse loans, so when borrowing within an LLC, you would sign on as a recourse guarantor, which is standard across the DSCR industry.

Real estate industry is a ‘spectrum’ running from ACTIVE BUSINESS on one end to PASSIVE INVESTMENT on the other.

It is the most popular software in the industry and all CPAs know how to navigate it which is nice.

No saying where things go but much like your employer you can kind of see the industries picking up in NC.
