While playing around the other night, I decided to see what the estimate for replacing an electrical outlet switch plate would be...$69.88 - $148.49 PER SWITCH PLATE. 

well, there are other outlets but none of them higher than 30Amps

Doesn't have to cost, just take things out of your own house for the fireplace mantel and some flowers or pretties on the kitchen counter. 

I think removing the vines/bushes and putting some mulch down and some new bushes/flowers should help. 

Can anyone recommend an appliance outlet or wholesaler in northeast Ohio? 

I have a family member that is looking for house in the Flower mound or Carrollton area.

Thanks for the added advice, I do like the idea of splitting up the money and putting it in different outlets, and getting a duplex or something and learn the trade for a year.

.$1.78sqft from an outlet store here... squaring the initial row is paramount.

Also most garages do not have standard outlets and lighting since it is not considered living space.

In fact, it was not… Many of the outlets weren’t working and weren’t GFCI protected, the AC unit was not brand new, but over 10 years old, just with a new shell, there were plumbing leaks and the windows were not even secured to the frame of the house.
