I imagine you have issues with the base material and removing the existing, remove or add and compact fill and then repour would be the way I would assume it needs to be done.

About this time of year (August - September) I turn down about 50 of those.When I have open time on my calendar, which rarely happens, I sometimes drop my AirBNB rates last minute and fill my rental for the weekend.However, I'm curious about a couple of things you mentioned regarding VRBO:"They now have pricing tools and other analytic that show competitors pricing with graphs and charts."

I am not familiar with the Joe England interview, but if you setup templates with your standard items filled in (3 day attorney approval, conventional loan, residential blah blah) then just pull the info from the MLS it is pretty streamlined.

When in doubt you do the showing, continue taking applications and doing showings until you find the most qualified or the one you prefer then inform all others that the unit has been filled.

I see a podium where a priest might preside over a wedding, where I think I'm supposed to see a door.Maybe if you filled it in so the background wasn't the same color as the 'walls'...?
