My concerns are keeping the home will be an endless money sink in repairs and updates instead of asset, cost more than it makes by preventing access to something like a VA loan on a better property in the future, or overly distract me learning details about the market here that won't help me in SF.The home is 2 bed 1 bath, 1200 square foot, one and a half story SFR with a garage, storage shed, fenced yard, w/d hook ups in the garage. 

I've seen too many people wrapped up by their smartphone or other distractions instead of being attuned to what's going on around them.

Distracts public away from their sins and created a bureaucracy to go after used car dealers, pawn shops, payday loan stores and bill collectors.

Has anyone resolved to want to invest in real estate then LIFE HAPPENS which keeps us from it or distracts us just enough from what we want to makes us question is this fate telling us this is not what wasn't meant for us or just bad karma, keeping us just damn  busy with work, kids, marriage, friends and responsibilities ?

The other party's broker is paid to run interference and distractions to take you off the ball.

You really want them to not be "distracted" so that they can focus on the solution that we're offering to their problem.I am not a psychologist, but I play one on TV... er, I mean, BP.

From that point on I was done trusting people and I stopped helping others till I helped myself first.So I stepped back, focused on ranking my site and took care of business without distraction. 

Before you go head first into real estate you should first spend a weekend by yourself with no distractions and figure out what you want in life.

It's O*K*A*Y for your blockview to be distracted so other human being, could live in the same space like you do.

But note that the reduced value may be due to some other reason so don't get too distracted by the survey and miss other due diligence items.
