What does the MLS offer that Loopnet doesn’t in terms of finding an apartment complex to invest in?

In one of the condo complexes I own in, the gentleman above me charges ~$100/night more than the rest of the competition and he gets fewer bookings.

On a separate note, in this coming year I'm going to be experimenting with using my primary residence as an STR, but I expect that to be significantly more complex than my STR investment properties.  

I would get referrals from investors you trust, have a clear scope of investment for your project first.Price is dependent on your deal complexity/size.

Everything is in the details and can get complex so have to do the upfront work to gain clarity. 

I understand the tech/government/military/industrial complex makes the area attractive from a recruiting standpoint, but for the higher end jobs Amazon could probably move to Bismarck, ND and still attract people.
