Long term partnerships tend to get messy include the one next to you, but a good communication between partners always helps!

I guess communication with the other party is probably key to this as well. 

I'm always last priority or maybe they are running out of money, but for whatever reason, their communication, organization, and follow through are the worst I have ever experienced in business.

My best friend from high school who I still communicate with on a weekly basis goes to school in Dallas currently, so I am beginning to voice my interest in the area and accumulate knowledge of the general status of Dallas as a city.

@Deep Patel I think looking out for your father and the gratitude you have for his hard work on your behalf is just proof of your maturity.

This sets the expectations at the beginning, so your tenant knows paying rent is more important than a new big screen TV.That being said, it sounds like there was poor communication at the onset.

Then you start with your appraisals, loans etc It seems that there is a communication   error between your agent,listing agent and yourself

I saw many deals in and around Michigan for 65-85K that would return 800 USD a month or about $1100 a month where I am from.It's easy to see that if I sank 250-350k jn the states I could easily get 5 - 7 deals maybe more If I wholesaled the deals myself I'm seeking honest feedback, Is it a realistic dream to build a portfolio in the USA (Midwest) and combine with 2 yearly inspection trips and maintain a tight communication with people on the ground while living overseas?.
