Also, whoever you use for tenant screening can likely post to the eviction databases as well.My main recommendations would be to let a professional do the debt collection (don't do it yourself), and have a debt collector pursue a tenant in conjunction with whatever eviction or court judgments you seek.

Hi bs73,While it is true that the market conditions nationwide are not as HOT as they were a couple of years ago, and indeed, some areas are declining, there are lots of areas in the country that are doing just fine, and some areas that are booming!
