I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, so if not, I apologize. Here is the situation. First of all, I'm not an investor, but yet a loss mitigator. (I know, everybody boo me) :shock:

I have a client who is in PA and I'm working with him and his lender getting ready to propose a short. I usually don't do condo's because of what I have read, they can be a pain.

My Fee: 7% of selling price
