I came across this article about the recent Salt Lake City Council budget amendment that includes money for the city to monitor STRs via some type of software.

This applies even if you read a book or misinformed blog post that says "the tenant is your customer" - no matter how many exclamation points.

My realtor sent me this same article yesterday and I was ~thrilled~ that I might be able to put low money down without going the FHA route.

I’m looking for initially maybe 5 books and/or articles that will help to greatly broaden my knowledge on this industry and the investing process.

Also to state that together with our investor network here in Spain, we rarely experience squatters and that these articles sometimes are being blown up.
