About 3 years ago an assets manager at a local bank called me says they are foreclosing on a 17 unit trailer park the next day but don't want to take legal title of the park due to some legal and regulatory reasons so they are offering me a great deal, basically the value of the land less the cost to remove the trailers.

I'm not a lawyer but I have been in regulatory positions.

However the property is located close an impacted water body and over the course of the next 2 to 3 years there is a study being conducted to determine if the septic systems in my area are contributing to the pollution of the river.

It's a big truck dealership with parts, service, sales, body shop, leasing, the full works.

I've only been involved in one pool install, and I let my pool contractor direct me, we used tinted marcite for the body, tinted concrete instead of tile for the border, and a concrete pool deck.

My simple formula is to count warm bodies.

People can have a wonderful "online" persona, but you can see their body language, guage their tone, and see if they can answer questions without googling it first before posting a response.
