You have to get the high-cost version, but it handles rental properties easily. 

I could get a much better ROI so easily in the US so why would you take the risk of investing in Brazil for that kind of return.

Seems like this should have been easily discoverable with less than an hour of legwork with the county or town/city. 

The layout is very convenient that I can easily put a wall where there is a door separating 1 bed and 1 bath (master bedroom) from the rest of the unit.
