I've met partners, lenders, found properties, started masterminds, networked with some pretty high level people and grew my units from 3 to 24 pretty quickly.

Is there any recommended Master Mind groups to join or coaching that would provide significant ROI?

I have participated in mastermind groups with them and been at different real estate events in the past with them and I always appreciate the opportunity to share and listen.  

He has done a fantastic job growing a successful meetup and also offers masterminds, real estate and performance coaching as well as courses to help you accelerate your multifamily investing career.

Join the mastermind when you have a good reason to.

Also, try to join an investor mastermind in that area (for free) so that you can hear from the experts who've been in the game for longer. 

I am looking to start a MasterMind Group for Principles ONLY from across the country on Zoom.

I'd also recommend that you find yourself a local mastermind and/or a mentor and coach, as there is little to no information available on the Internet despite the immense return cash for keys value-add potential there is here in Ontario.
