The last time I had a vacancy, I had multiple acceptable tenants, before the other girl moved out.

Mom could have her own room and the girls could share a room and the boys could share a room.

Love to hear where you can get tenant placement for $500-$700 as I am using rental girls which ask 1 month rent for a 12 month lease.  

My girl has little but of money passed down to her after her fathering passing away.

I am just a numbers girl and sometimes those make more sense (because they usually rent for more and get more of the families which can be good) and the resale is typically good.

I believe the girl called from a Massachusetts number.
