The latter venture is going well; I have my first event booked in May, the second in August, and I have a local word of mouth market because I've given my work as gifts and donated it to local raffles already. 

A fund that those interested could donate to, so that we could pay individuals to cut the grass in the common areas around the homes that has been left unattended and to pick up the garbage on a regular basis around the neighborhood.

@JD Martin  @Russell Brazil  this is just someone who has no clue as to what the legal process's are and what it cost.and to get a court ( and only a court ) can reverse a sale would cost probably as much in attornies fee's as the equity is worth if not more.. better to donate that time and money to a worthy charity..

When someone asked me why I left my previous job, as a contractor working through a temporary help agency, I could say I completed my contract (I never used the "take this job and shove it" approach to moving on).As my wealth grew, I became confident enough to open and contribute regularly to a donor-advised fund and make anonymous donations to various 501(c)(3) charities to satisfy my need to be a Secret Santa.

For investors that have houses in Indianapolis they are looking at walking away from I would beg of you to contact Renew Indianapolis (City of Indianapolis Land Bank) and see if they will accept it as a donation (you get the tax writeoff) and be able to turn it quicker instead of it going back to the tax lien or surplus sale and Oceanpointe getting to buy it again.

Not sure what you plan to do with you estate at death (donate most of it, have it go to your child, or something else).   

It would likely surprise you to see what conservatives freely give in charitable contributions and don't want the government getting their grubby hands on donated money.

She likes to hit the non-profit re-sale shops where people donate and sell jewelery.
