If you would like to add some more bang on a budget, I would add some fun Florida style wallpaper that goes with the decor style you already have in the property.

The place to save money is in your decor like art work, throw blankets, pillows etc.

That does not mean you need to get lazy or cheap with wall art, amenities, laundry, and decor. .

Decorate it with kittens and ponies, or decorate it like Hugh Hefner's mansion.
