our current lot only has a SFR (COO pre 1978) and an unpermitted basement (within footprint of building) which we want to legalize.if you are open, i can message you some renders/drawings of our lot to help you visualize better.

I've been working on this data for the better of three weeks by pulling NH Prime MLS to create these visuals.

If there are indeed multiple points of failure in the system, some of which can't even be identified, because the lines are filled with roots and dirt, it may be necessary to expose the entire system for a visual inspection/replacements.

I can tell you that the RentCheck system is fast and easy, though visually a bit clunky (they need a non-technical designer on their webdev team to make it pretty and improve workflow/UX) and the quality of the reports is excellent.I have seen a TVS report but not seriously compared them.

I do like the idea of wood look tile over a traditional tile (like a 12x12) because the proportions aren't so dated, and it offers visual warmth.

I'm looking for a person that has the ability to take measurements and draw an as-built floor plan in CADD; a scale drawing I can use as a visual tool for creating a game plan before I commit to a higher priced architect... that is, if the resulting game plan requires extensive planning and permitting.
