If you can combine cleanout and demo in the same operation, do it.

However, we later learned that that was one of the top things the demo we rent for looked in a place out of college.

The entire site is just one big sales pitch ("What We Do", "Demo", etc.).If you want your voice heard, write directly to your officials. 

Since this is a bigger project than we have done before we plan on hiring a contractor to do the major work; demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, and sheet rock.

The property should start demo in one of the units this weekend so I would have no problems showing it as we go through the process.

I've truly been through the gambit in terms of the various challenges I've found ways to overcome, from stepping on old and rotted water lines during our initial demo process, leading to wasting an entire day managing a flood, all the way to having inspectors completely screw up deals by effing up the appraisal values!

I'm told the demo work is really not that expensive to hire out.
